1. MULTIPLE VACANCIES: +500 Home Care Nurses, with Apollo HomeCare (@ 50 vacancies each in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Madurai, Mysore, Pune, and Vizag)

Vacancies have arisen with Apollo HomeCare for +500 Home Care Nurses with the following specialisations at Hyderabad and nine other metros/ major cities:

(1) Critical Care Homecare Nurses (@10 in each metro/ major city)
(2) Speciality Care Homecare Nurses (@10 in each metro/ major city)
(3) Basic Care Homecare Nurses (@10 in each metro/ major city)
(4) Home Health Aid Care Nursing Assistants (@10 in each metro/ major city)
(5) Baby Care Home Nurses (@10 in each metro/ major city)

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Home Care Nurses shall be responsible for following:

Key Job Responsibilities:

Clinical

(1) Maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.
(2) Ensure that all care needs for each patient are met in accordance with the care plan.
(3) Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with company documented clinical standards.
(4) Ensure that all relevant information relating to a patient's care or treatment is recorded accurately.
(5) Communicate with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner.
(6) Maintain close liaison with other healthcare professionals as appropriate.

Specialty Care:

Note: The job responsibilities under Specialty Care shall vary as per the positions/ specializations mentioned below:

(1) Critical Care Homecare Nurses
(2) Speciality Care Homecare Nurses
(3) Basic Care Homecare Nurses
(4) Home Health Aid Care Nursing Assistants
(5) Baby Care Home Nurses.

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience:

(1) ANM/ GNM: 3 to 5 years of experience in Nursing Field;
(2) B.Sc. or M.Sc. Nursing: 2 to 5 Years of Experience in Nursing Field;
(3) Candidates must be registered with the Central/ State Nursing Council.

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Ability to work unsupervised;
(2) Work as a flexible member of the team;
(3) Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to respond positively to new challenges;
(4) Ability to present a professional image of the organization at all times.

5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:

Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.
